Jordan paid homage to the University of Michigan with the now-iconic Air Jordan 5 Retro Michigan 2019 release. The classic navy and yellow colors sported by the university has been featured on many sneaker silhouettes throughout the years, and the 2019 Jordan 5 release expands on that catalog. The design includes nubuck uppers and perforated panels at the sides. The Retro AJ5 swaps the traditional “Jumpman” logo for a “Team Jordan” one at the heel.
